She answered the call of the wild!

Brittany Noelle is the founding/principal artist of PNW Orca Pod Squad Photography. Raised in the green mountains of Vermont, her love of nature began as a child while exploring the wilds of Acadia National Park in Maine. After witnessing their breaching in the Salish Sea her love of whales was solidified. Now a whale enthusiast and conservation activist, when not focused on the challenges of a Level I Trauma Center Emergency Department, she spends countless hours along the west coast documenting these majestic creatures. You can usually find her with her camera on land or a boat along the shores of the Pacific, venturing to the San Juan Islands or Vancouver Island. As a wildlife photographer, naturalist and conservation advocate she enjoys connecting people with her local ecosystem and the animals that call the Salish Sea and the Pacific Northwest home.
